In addition to Eugene Airport and Public Works Department staff, agencies participating in the exercise included: Eugene Fire Department, Lane Rural Fire District, Eugene Police Department, Eugene Risk Services, Lane County Sheriff's Office, Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, United Express/Delta Connection, Horizon Air, Flightcraft, American Red Cross and Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend.
